Usually I use them they are quick and fast service and have been amazing except for the last two times my husband has brought our dog. What is suppose to be a 30 minute wait he has been completely ignored the first time while sitting in the office with the puppy for over 2 hours while other people come and go and today was the last straw after being told another 30 minute wait to be sitting waiting for 2 hours to go oh sorry because they forgot to put our file in the wait list and wanted to move him to the bottom and make him wait another hour just for a rabies and parvo shot.

Me and my family have used them for years they are really good and Dr. T is very good with my babies and they are affordable and care about these fur babies and they let me walk in and was immediately seen because my cat had swallowed some sewing satring

I was very impressed and so appreciative they don't whisk the dog off into the bowels of the building and do God only knows what ... they did everything right in front of me in the room. As a dog owner, that's the only way I can stay in the know. Thank you!

Do not recommended. Not empathetic at all. Called this morning and they kept saying they were too busy to see my elderly dog that was dying to put them to sleep. After getting stern with them and not getting off the phone, she put me on hold to tell the doctor my story and said “if you come in right now then it will be $150 extra fee bc we are so busy, but if you come in at 2:00PM no emergency fee”… my dog passed at 1:45 PM in my home.

They were awesome with my 16 1/2 year old Yorkie and my 9 year old mixed rescue! The staff and Dr were extremely professional, kind and helpful plus so very compassionate. The doctor put my Yorkie on some antibiotics and provided some much needed medicine for sleep and anxiety. I travel in a semi and have a hard time getting them groomed due to never in one place long for an appointment and they were booked for grooming but took the time to fit my babies in. Costs also was very reasonable and affordable.That's the kind of people and service anyone would be grateful to receive in the care of their precious fur babies. I highly recommend them.

I have never left a negative Google review before, but I felt it important to leave one now.I brought my dog to this clinic on a Saturday due to a sudden painful mass popping up underneath his tail that I wanted evaluated quickly. During examination, it was determined the mass looked concerning, and a sample was sent off to the lab for diagnosis with a relayed turn-around time of 7-10 days. I paid $170ish for this visit, a good portion of that related to this sample being taken and sent off for diagnosis.7 days passed. I called to check on the results and was told they hadn’t received them. Ten days passed. I was told the same thing when I reached out to check up on it. After it had been nearly an entire month, I emailed checking again, and was simply told they hadn’t received it and would email when they did. No communication was initiated on the clinic’s end. I had to reach out every single time and there was absolutely no sense of urgency on their part to determine what the hold up was or when I could expect the results. I understand delays can happen, but they should have been reaching out to the lab to see what was going on and communicating with me. After ten days with no results, I brought my dog to his regular vet and paid again for a biopsy. He was scheduled to have the mass removed and sent off for diagnostics and those results came back in THREE DAYS. I STILL have not received my results from Riverside, after over a month, with no one reaching out to me or offering a refund for the diagnostics I paid for and didn’t receive.It was cancer, it spread quickly, and my dog had to be euthanized yesterday. Had I received the results from Riverside in a timely manner, it would have changed the course of things in my dog’s last month.Things need to change insofar as communication and patient follow up are concerned. When you see a pet with something you know is concerning, and a 7-10 day wait has ballooned into a month+ wait, and you’re not reaching out to both the lab and the owner to communicate, that is an issue.

We've used Riverside for 17 years, since we first moved to Valley. Dr. Harris and all the other staff have always gone above and beyond to care for our animals, including our goats. Everyone there is kind, compassionate, and professional. 10/10 would recommend Riverside to anybody.

This is a hard review. I'm not particularly against the staff. I didn't have a bad experience with them. I just felt when my baby died that they were pushy ab payment while I was literally in tears and pain. It was expensive and I don't think he should have been put through the night when he was old as he was but the very have be assurance that she thought he could make it. What that added was a lot of extra cost for hope. That's my decision but I was desperate as professionals I think telling me he was too far gone would have been a mercy for him.

Absolute worst !!! They made me, my wife, my 3yr old, and a 6month old baby stay in 90 degree heat (they were made aware of the car not having a.c) but because they said they can’t let my sick dog in they refused all of us to come in . After 2 hours they told us on several occasions that we were next because of the panic we were in about our children being overly heated and they repeatedly brought in more animals before even seeing us . We were on a budget and spoke to them about it and informed them that we came previously and only had to pay 75 each for two dogs .. They informed us that it was gonna be atleast 50$ but they had other plans . While Inside with my wife after finally seeing us they started asking to do extra stuff and that it would cost more and so my wife informed them that they’d have to ask me and instead of doing that they proceeded to do all of it and at the end of it I had a bill of neatly 150$ without any consent from the owner to do further operations . I was refused a refund and told to go somewhere else by a rude staff member . Not only that I repeatedly asked for my dog some water and they told me “not at the moment” and never bothered trying to hydrate the animal after the fact she was already puking outside

They fit me in because my cat was sick. She’s a mean cat and they were able to deal with her without incurring injuries. She needed antibiotics and they gave me lower cost options requiring me to give her pills or liquid, and the option to pay more for an injection and no trouble on my part. I paid more, gratefully. It appears to have been the correct diagnosis, because my cat is feeling better and putting her weight back on.

We took our sweet boy to this hospital because our vet was out of town this vet office was horrible. We took our baby there due to heart failure .they drained to much fluid off him he was a tiny boy he weighed 5lbs. 30 minutes after bringing him home our baby died in my husband arms the vet that did the procedure didn't even come out to say she was sorry for our loss or nothing. On top of that I felt like they were treating us like we were not going to pay our bill. With the line of question.
