Staff weren’t very helpful, didn’t really communicate well. Went to customer service who told me to go to the front and then the associate at the front told me to go to customer service. Not very friendly. It may have just been one of those days but I’ve had better customer service at other locations.

Love my TSC store in Lanett Al. Daphne and her staff are always so helpful. Rob and Brooks will literally stop whatever they're doing to assist you. Always a great experience shopping there

I had previously complained about the Lanett store closing early, but I was wrong because I didn't know the store was on EST and not CST so I really ended up being there 50 minutes late. Plus I should have called ahead. I know time zones get quirky around that part of Alabama, and I'll know better next time. I hope the Tractor Supply rep who responded to my 2-start review, which I've since deleted, is reading this and now knows that it was totally my mistake.

I just looked at my reviews and all I ever leave are negative when a store really ticks me off. So, I decided to leave some good ones. We love our local TSC. All the employees, even ones who don't look like they've ever been on a farm or have seen a tractor, are extremely helpful and friendly. Thank you to whoever hires at this location! Yes, stock is sometimes subpar. Out of a lot of poultry/waterfowl items-food, oyster shells, MEALWORMS. We've had issues with bad food several times and always get a refund. We've had a shovel or something break. Got refund. Again, employees are very responsive and work to correct these things. I've been to nearby TSCs and we are very lucky with our store.

Shop at the Lanett store often they are always stocked with products I use.My issue with this store is they will not honor the TSC price match policy.Store responded to this review asking to call so issue can be resolved, I already responded to TSC questionnaire sent out after each visit explained my issue and they didn’t respond. TSC policy states they will match on-line and in-store price. This store told me they will only match local store prices.

Bought a bag of 4 Health 45 lb from here in Lanett & the bag has maggots inside the bag & when I called about it,I was told to bring bag back for refund,which my husband did & they didn't apologize or anything & didn't pull any bags off the shelves to check bc of that. ?. That really upset me, needless to say I'll never buy anything from there ever again, I've been a customer for many years & I posted to social media & others feel the same. My hands to God this is 100%true..It's sad they care more about making $than pets health. Disgusting
