DO NOT BUY FROM THESE FOLK!! If zero stars was an option, I’d have picked that. I would literally ride a bicycle or walk before I ever deal with this company again. I’ve had my vehicle less than 6 months & the transmission has gone out, I’ve called for days asking if they will do anything about it and keep getting the run around. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!!!

Very unprofessional!!!! Wouldn’t recommend them to nobody, will come get your car for no reason at all will take your car with all of your belongings in it. They don’t even answer the phone like regular salesmen should. They answer as “yo” or “yeah”

If I could give less than 1 star I would. Because how this place out here just selling cars that aren’t even any good. I just got a car from them not even a whole 60 days made first payment on time and the transmission going out, they talking about bring it we will send it to the shop. I call the next day they haven’t even sent the car, then I call back I get the shop is backed up we don’t know when it’ll be. So I have to be without a car until they figure out the same thing my mechanic already said it was, and that’s god knows when. I asked ok if it’s that would I be able to get into another car around the same price or anything 1 lady says yes the next says, no we are not a rental agency and that I’d have to pay another down payment and start the process over, that the cars are sold as is. So basically they took my money and gave me a price of crap car that I’d either have to pay to fix myself on top of still making payments to them or possibly be put in another piece of crap car that’s going to break down less than 30 days of having it. This place is a joke and total scam and needs to be shut down.

Do not go here I don’t care what situation you’re in go somewhere else. These people are a disgrace I literally got my car in December and never been late but this one time because I work two jobs and so I’m only available to come to them on Saturdays to pay my car note when I’m off. So they repossessed my car when it was only 9 days late and on the agreement I signed it states I have a 10 day grace period and after it would be a $18 fee and not to exceed to $100 and the only reason they could give me for towing my car was because I didn’t answer the phone when I was at work and called them after and didn’t get a answer. Then after the fact everyone that I talked to there were extremely rude and nasty and told me I had to pay $200 towing fee on top of my car note to get my car back but I have a camera outside my house and someone got in my car and drove it out of my apartment complex there was no tow truck they have a black and white man drive to where your car is and the black man drives your car back to the lot and they both work for Galaxy not a third party tow truck company. I could go on about how illegal this was but 0/10 I would never recommend anyone to go there.

Wish I could leave a negative rating, this place is the worst place I have ever gotten a car from .the people are rude nasty and have a problem. Their repo man is nasty and a liar , when they got my car back to the lot and I went to get my things I had missing item out of the car. They told me he would meet me at the lot so I could get my thing he never showed up and I told that man the things I needed out of the car and those were the things missing. So now I have to get the law involved but I guess when they are use to have the law involved on there misconduct and wrong doings and there illegal use of certain things they just don't care . They will never learn

DO NOT PURCHASE A VEHICLE FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!! The lady in the office very rude in the office, they put parts together and build they cars .. THE CARS LOOK NICE BUT WHAT CAN YOU DO WHEN YOU CANT DRIVE IT ??? You get what u pay for only a fooool would pay $3,000 $475 a month for a car with 200k miles on it good luck ?

10 out of 10 would not recommend this place, does not give you a chance to even get insurance or try to get insurance and they expect you to get full coverage insurance. Not knowing not everyone has the money to get full coverage insurance. They will repo your car and not give you a chance get insurance on it.
