Lawrence Brown - AEO employee - Very Rude - Yelled at me!! Managers look at the video. Then tried to tell me he was the manager. Regardless needs to be fired. Never been treated like that before. Customer Service Terrible - Not sure why - I’m white maybe. I’ll go back to Tuscaloosa AEO where customers service means something.

I was very impressed with this American Eagle location. I was immediately greeted by a staff member when I arrived, was checked on twice as I browsed, had immediate help getting a dressing room (which they were sanitizing after each use), and then had such a pleasant check out experience (not a long wait and engaging team member working the register). I was there maybe 10-15 minutes and in that time 5 team members interacted with me in some way, but never felt overbearing. I was able to purchase two shirts I love on sale which was great! I don't think the prices at this location are really "outlet" prices or any more on sale than a normal store or online even though it is located at the outlet mall (but maybe they just didn't have any extra specials going on the day I went).
