They lied to me Sunday and said I had to get the 17 dollars a month ins even though I pay for the 4 line insurance package also I got 2 new phones the ears buds should be half off and they did not do that I stopped in this morning and spoke with the manager he said I had to call att customer relations loyalty department and they said he lied to me I have filed a complaint with att corporation the Manger Jim I called him back when I had att on the line and he said he would have the gm of the store to call me no word from anyone .

Honest people. Everytime I went they helped me with exactly what I asked. It didn't feel like they were trying to push unnecessary options on me. I will always choose this place over Trussville. 110%

The staff was very friendly, and attentive to my needs regarding my phone purchase. The store manager worked efficiently and diligently to get exactly what I needed before I left the store. Wonderful experience.

In April I went into the store to upgrade my phone. 30 minutes after I left an unauthorized transaction was made under my account for four sets of AirPods. In July the carrier of the credit card that was used for this unauthorized transaction, disputed the charges and my cell phone account was billed a back charge for the AirPods that I did not purchase. Conveniently there was no video surveillance from that day. I have not been successful in getting a credit for the unauthorized charge made to my account. The store manager stated there has been an issue with a man purchasing numerous sets of AirPods and reselling them and that the employee that helped me never closed out of my account before ringing up this transaction. AT&T customer service has been no help and the store manager claims that she can’t refund the money because upper management will not allow it. I have been a customer for 24 years but will be finding a new provider after this debacle. It almost seems as though the employees at the store are in on the scheme.

Your customer service rep used jargon I did not understand and talked to me in a aggressive tone. She definitely could have been more friendly. I have been with you for years and I expect amazing customer service when visiting a store.

Awesome experience considering the horrific experience at Sam’s club!! These people right here are the reason I choose to keep AT&T? after 5 days of pure headache and drama! PLEASE,if you’re considering getting a phone contact or switching providers, DO NOT DO IT AT SAMS!!!! AT&T,you guys rock!!!! Thank you for ALL you did for me!!!❤️ ???

I should have walked out the store when the worker Richard tried to give me $350 for a perfectly good trade in. When I said I’d go to another store to see what they’d say, magic happened. He was able to give me the full trade in price lol incredible! He ordered the wrong phone and when I tried to return the phone the manager said I had activated it and I couldn’t return it, which was a lie. I never even turned the phone on. Kaylee the manager is very rude and has Karen tendencies.. stay away from this store if you are of African decent. Fr

Walked in and one person working which is fine, what is not fine is sitting there for 30 mins and not once did he acknowledge me. I understand you are helping someone but speak say something like Mayne as soon as I am done with these ladies I will be with you. Anything. Won't go back and I was about to Buy a new phone outright
