Went in for a battery replacement and worker Brennan did an amazing job installing my battery, he also saved a little kitten from being hit by a car, what a great guy!

Went for a battery replacement. Brennan...17 years old, finishing his high school degree on line. A wonderful, polite, helpful guy who handled the transaction and replaced the battery. He is an excellent customer service representation for your company. I'd like to have a couple of him on my team. Normally I would have tipped him to cover his lunch, but I left home with no cash on me.

Oh My goodness. This business makes me so happy and proud to use them and also to live in Leeds.
Long story short, I was doing some business in Pell City and stop at Auto Zone there and they were very upsettingly rude.
Joey, who helped me today, was and is a God send. He repaired a problem that the location in Pell City literally refused to correct.
Joey honest to God helped me restore some faith I needed restored.
Kudos to the entire team there.
