I stopped by just to smell the new scents only to encounter the best sales person ever Jarod! He was super knowledgeable, and very kind. We enjoyed speaking with him about the new fragrances and the sales that were currently happening this weekend. Yiu guys really have a gem in Jarod! We stopped by on a very busy Saturday! As soon as we walked in the door, Jarrod helped us! My family asked a lot of questions and he knew the answer to every last one of them! The store was very busy but they got everyone in and out so quickly. We will definitely be back! Thanks Jarrod for the exceptional customer service!

A very kind associate named Jarrod helped me find exactly what I needed. I walked into Bath and Body Works with a sense of purpose, but also a bit overwhelmed by the wide array of products. Thankfully, I was greeted by a very kind associate who immediately put me at ease with their helpful demeanor. The associate took the time to listen to my needs and preferences before guiding me through the store, pointing out the perfect scents for me based on my descriptions. Not only did they help me find exactly what I needed, but also recommended some of their favorite products and gave me valuable tips. By the time I left the store, I was bursting with excitement to come back for the semi-annual sale. Hopefully on my next vacation I will return for more shopping adventures!

Stopped in to grab some things I needed while traveling for work. Danielle and her team were super nice and helped me find exactly what I needed in a timely fashion. Hooked up and back on the road in a matter of minutes!! LOVE IT!!

Terrible. Absolutely terrible. Came here to look for the fall/Halloween line that they have apparently dropped in the middle of august. Still scratching my head on that one. There are a few B&BW scents that I absolutely love during the autumn season so I wanted to see if I could get refills on those. But once I was inside the store, one of the employees latched onto me like a leach she really made me feel uncomfortable. When I finally was able to get away from her I found a scent that I really did like. It's the white coconut caramel scent. Then I could not find the leech to ask if they had anything similar. I was able to find someone else to ask and she winded up bring the leech back into the conversation and they explained to me that they did not have anything in the store in that scent. Right as she said this I winded up finding some items in that scent. She laughed and told me "well I guess I lied to you" oh hell no. I was utterly disappointed by the customer service in the store. One other thing I noticed was that they had candles burning that were empty but the fumes of burning plastic was lingering inside the store. Is that really what you want the store to smell like. That can make people sick. I will not be returning to this store. Terrible, just terrible!

This has the typical footprint of most Bath & Body Works, despite being in the outlet mall. Like most Bath & Body Works, this one definitely tries to pack in as much as they can into the building. It is highly popular - there is almost always a large number of people in there, especially if there is a sale going on. They have lots of candles, soaps, body wash, lotions, etc. The staff are friendly and glad to help out. And, as always, you can definitely be knocked off your feet with the good, but strong smells in the room as soon as you walk in the door.
