Medium size bucees. Ev charging stations. Usual bucees stuff. Parking lot fairly easy to navigate in car or rv.
Diesel at all pumps. Def at pumps closest to interstate near Tesla superchargers.
Many EV chargers.
Receipt paper at pump empty or printer fault. No receipt. Go inside message. No thanks!

Buc-ee's is a fun place to get gasoline and food. The options are unlimited, and the bathroom was nice and clean.

Buc-ee’s - Leeds, AL
Welcome to a place of friendly service, squeaky clean restrooms, plenty of fuel pumps, large selection of food, drinks, snacks and much more.
This was a great location in Leeds, Alabama to stop, get fuel for the car and myself and get back on the road.
The entire atmosphere was bright, clean and full of friendly staff. As I was checking out, I spiked a brief conversation with one of the staff. She shared with me, “There is a Buc-ee’s in Athens, GA.” I was surprised at first but excited since I’ve visited Athens before.
Then we both looked it up and it’s in Athens, AL. We both were surprised that there is Athens Alabama. We both chuckled as we learned something new. LOL
If you’re passing through on your way to Atlanta, stop by. It’s worth a detour.

I mean, it's Buc-ee's. Spotless bathrooms, brisket on the board, and a crowd of people happily spending more money than they meant to. 🤷♀️😂

Buccees employees lied saying that I cannot get pulled pork without the overly sweet sauce. Dr Ken Berry has a youtube video where he stops ar Buccees and picks up the meat without any overly sweet sauce. I really hate being lied to by store employees and managers

We are locals and visit often.
Tonight, (New Years Eve, about 10:30 p.m.)the older, white lady, with short hair working the fudge counter was extremely short tempered and rude.
So much so, that my 9 year old son took note and asked me, why the employee was being so ugly.
She seemed bothered to be there and lacked professionalism.
If she's that unhappy, please fill her position with another body!!

I am writing to document a highly frustrating and unprofessional experience at the Buc-ee’s location in Leeds, Alabama, involving a staff member who identified himself as the manager.
I purchased several items, including chocolate intended as a gift. At checkout, the cashier removed the chocolate from its original box and placed it into a plastic bag. When I immediately asked for the chocolate to be placed back into the box, the employee refused.
I walked directly to my car, noticed that the chocolate looked poorly presented and unsuitable as a gift due to the box being removed, and returned to the store immediately to resolve the issue. The item was unused and in the same condition as when purchased, aside from the packaging change made by the employee.
When I returned, the manager told me that food items could not be returned, but that non-food items could be exchanged. I asked clarifying questions and followed his instructions exactly. He informed me that I needed to retrieve all items from my car and select replacement items of equal value myself.
I complied fully with these instructions. I went back to the car, retrieved all purchased items, and had my husband select replacement merchandise as directed.
When we returned to the counter moments later, the same manager completely reversed his position. He stated that nothing could be returned or exchanged, denied ever saying that non-food items were eligible, and refused to assist us further. This directly contradicted the instructions he had just given, which we followed in good faith.
As a result, we were left confused and frustrated after wasting time complying with directions that the manager himself later denied. This behavior demonstrated a serious lack of professionalism, accountability, and clear communication. Customers should not be instructed to take specific actions only to have those instructions withdrawn and denied minutes later.
Regardless of store policy, it is unreasonable and unacceptable for a manager to provide contradictory information, deny prior statements, and refuse to resolve an issue that arose from an employee’s handling of merchandise.
This experience fell far below the standard of customer service expected from a company of Buc-ee’s reputation. I hope this incident is reviewed by corporate leadership and that appropriate steps are taken to ensure managers provide consistent, accurate information and treat customers fairly when issues arise.
