Love the staff at this location! Went in looking for a specific bag. They only had the large version in store (I was looking for the small one). They looked online and were unable to order it for me because it was unavailable. Ricky, the sales associate, took my name and number and said he'd look for one and contact me. In a matter of days, he called. The process of purchasing was seamless. He sent the link. I paid. He shipped it same day. I got it within 2 days! Top tier customer service!

Whatever you do please avoid the coach outlet in Leeds Alabama, they are the worst store ever! I bought two bags and a wallet in the same day for my wife as a surprise, well she decided she wanted a different brand instead. So I took all of them back a week later in perfect unused condition. I gave the clerk named ADRIANA my receipts and she refunded two of my items to my card and politely kept the other one for herself. So in other words she stole the other bag for herself. When I realized what had happened and returned to the store, the manager said he needed to look at the tape and he said it didn't show anything and when I asked to view it he refused. No help at all. There is a reason why this store does not carry much merchandise compared to the others is because they are incompetent. So if you want to spend your money and not have it stolen PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE!!!

I have been searching for the particular bag for awhile and I was able to find it and have it shipped from this location! Jason was great and very helpful and patient with me. The process was so quick and easy. The bag came quickly, too. Thank you!!!!!!!

Used to love Coach outlets, but now the selection is awful. Quality is far below Coach and prices are ridiculous. I will try them again around Christmas and hope for a different result.

These people know me by name now. I visit at least once per week. The sales associates are super friendly and always willing to help you find that perfect accessory. They let you know the current promotions and will give you recommendations if needed and asked for. As for the brand, Coach went through a rebranding a few years ago and emerged better than ever. Their detail to quality and craftsmanship rivals some of the major luxury brands but at a fraction of the cost. The company listens to their customers (I receive periodic emails asking about upcoming new product launches), they offer great sales a few times a month, and the company gives back to the community (they offer a way that Insiders can give a portion of their purchase amount to a charity/foundation of their choice). They even host pop-up events in different cities that serve as both advertising and cute Instagram worthy photo-ops if you’re a fan of their products. Needless to say I’m a Coach fangirl and I love this location to stalk my latest purchases.

Drove 40 minutes one way. I was Thanked for coming in by the white gentleman Straightening hand bags on the front wall. I said thank you and continued to men’s section. Not one person asked if I need any help. However I was able to find some clearance shoes. That were out in the floor. I had planned on looking for some other things. But there were 2 ladies at the front counter. Staring me down, like I was doing something wrong. So I picked up a phone case. And went to pay. The merch bag was already opened and ready for my things. After I paid. I asked what time they closed. With a condescending tone. They both said 6. I told them that I had looked it up online before driving all the way over here. And it said 7pm. Then the associate went on to tell me how every store, everywhere closes at 6. Including at the other area malls. Even though that may me true. They could treat their customers with a little more respect and kindness. The way they talked to me was just rude and uncalled for. What has happened to true customer service? Post pandemic, it seems that people just don’t care about how they treat customers that technically pay their salaries. Guess I’ll got to shopping online. Because I won’t be back in this store.
