AMAZING experience. They got a water damaged phone that would not turn on and extracted the data from it so I wouldn't lose everything. Cheap!

Highly recommend this repair shop, they do repairs on almost any electric device, brought my PS4 in for repair and they said it would had been done in a day or two but just in about 3 hours it was repaired and ready to go, and the employees were very nice highly recommend.

The person opening was late to get there and when he did get there he didn't repair my phone correctly. I went in to get the back glass of my iPhone 14 Pro replaced and when I got it back the back glass was not flush as it was supposed to be. I asked the guy that was working if I needed to be cautious of anything and he said just to not leave it in the sun for a long period of time. I figured it would be fine but little did I know a splash of pool water has turned my phone into what is effectively a $1,300 paperweight. I will be going back tomorrow when they open and if they decide to make it right I will update this.Update:The guy that helped me when I went back was much more helpful than the first and stated it looked like the phone was not properly cleaned out when the back glass was replaced so there was glass in the seal that kept it from sealing properly. Their warranty still does not cover the damage despite it resulting from their inability to correctly repair the phone so I was unable to even get a refund for the work. The person that repaired my phone the first time was supposedly the manager of the location possibly goingby the name Sam.

Wow!! Superb service. Very knowledgeable and saved my Galaxy A13 phone!! Said it is common that the power button fails on this model! He was able to turn it on so I could transfer my data. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM. I know I will use them again.BTW, the AT&T store was useless!!
