“I was in dire need of a good mattress after having relinquished my queen sized memory foam bed to my mother after she moved in with me for health reasons. I was sleeping on a full sized old guest bedroom mattress. After 7 days without a restful nights sleep, I went to mattress firm and Patty was great. Very knowledgeable and attentive to my needs. Showed me all my options and allowed me to choose for myself the best fit for me both in comfort and price. My mattress was delivered and the old ones hauled away 2 days later. The delivery guys, Mike and Chris were awesome, arrived on time, we’re mindful of my cat, and we’re efficient in removing the old and setting up the new. They even showed me how to allow my memory foam mattress to inflate to capacity and how to work the free adjustable base I received. Needless to say, I slept like a baby the night I received my new mattress and am so grateful to Patty, Mike and Chris and Mattress Firm for a good experience in purchasing a much needed new mattress!”

“I have been to a lot of places that had great customer service but Amanda Lee at Sleep Outfitters tops it! She was so accommodating to me and gave me the best deals for my price range. She kept a smile on her face and was very quick in getting what I needed. If you ever visit the location on 280 ask for Amanda. She will get you in and out quick without questioning what you are getting!!Update:My mattress comes tomorrow and even after the sale Amanda keeps in contact with me to make sure the process of delivery is smooth sailing for me. She truly cares about her costumers and I’m so glad I had her during my search!! Sleep Outfitters is lucky to have her!!”

We worked with James and he was happy to help us through the entire process.Not only did they have a very helpful sales team, who helped us find the best value for our specific need, their installation team was top notch. They were prompt and worked hard on the install. They even took the time to walk through it after it was done to make sure we were happy with everything.We wanted to do some of the tear-out work ourselves and James was a wealth of information when it came to giving us tips to get everything done. We did all the prep on the basement floors and they came out and got the LVT installed in two days. It was a very large space!”

“Kirkland's is really becoming one of my favorite go to home décor stores. Staff are always friendly, and this location is no different. The second I walked through the door I was greeted and asked if I needed help with anything from somebody that was very friendly. The stores are always well laid out...organization and neatness are a theme. They have all sorts of stuff for the home including seasonal things (currently spring type stuff) as well as year round staples . blankets - art - furniture - nick knacks - candles - just about anything you could possible need for the home, they have it. Prices are typically pretty good, and they have lot's of sales items. If you sign up and provide your email, pretty much immediately, you'll get a 20% of regular price coupon. They are good to their customers and provide quality products and support. I'm a big fan .... definitely check this place out!”
