“Went in to find a chair for my wife. Carmen went above & beyond to help me find what I was looking for. She exemplifies what customer service is all about! Cannot say enough good things about this business.”

“This store knows about customer service!! Ian is the best!! I ordered a sectional sofa for a new house, but it wound up being too big, so I had to cancel the order and quickly find another one!! Ian took my stress level from a 10 to a 2 when he found me not one, but two alternatives. We got a supreme deal and a lovely sectional that fits perfectly in our space! The delivery team was 10/10, fast, efficient, friendly, funny and very accommodating. Thank you for such a wonderful furniture buying experience. We WILL be back!”

“I drive from Pelham to the Trussville store because it is much nicer and better operated than the one closer to me. The manager, Deval, went above and beyond assisting me with making sure I received the product I wanted in a large delivery order from the store, even getting the delivery to be the same day. Service like this is hard to come by. Deval has earned my repeat business and referrals.”
