I give one star due to inability to rent a spot of grass to park a car on for a couple months. Mostly, there was no explanation from the representative and just left me without any idea why. They have a large fenced in area that I have seen other vehicles on previously.

I called to see if my unit was there. Told her what was going on& she said she'd call me back. She did and She was rude and said to call my ex. She wouldn't give me ANY information on my belongings. My name is on it too. I specifically asked her when I purchased that unit to use. Will there be a problem? Do I need to have it changed. She said, no but now she wouldn't even give me my info, so I could have it moved to another one. I'm having it moved to another storage place. This place is horrible and treats you like garbage. Also extremely overpriced and treats you like garbage

We stored items here while we were trying to sell our house. The location is very convenient, the building was always clean, and it was easy to get in and out. The employees were all friendly whenever we had any interaction with them. We will definitely use again if we have a need for storage.
