I went on a rainy/not busy day with my sister and daughter. There was a young man working that day who looked me directly in the eyes no greetings. I thought that was weird but I brushed it off. Later as I went to check them out he scanned my ONE ITEM and was ready for me to purchase but then my daughter saw the toys(they literally put in the front because they know children will want it). So she wanted me to add it on and he gave us stank faces like re scanning a pack of earring and a stuff animal was the hardest part of his job. I just know he ain’t up there acting like that to these older white people and other families. So I guess if ur young and black expect an attitude!!!

Store manager is completely disrespectful. I literally walked in with a drink and I seen the sign, so I would think you would have a place to despise of it if you don’t want me having it in the store. However when I looked around two others were walking around with the drinks so I thought we’ll I don’t really want mine so I walked up and ask an associate if I could throw it away in a trash can some where and she said no but you can leave and go throw it away. I said well I looked and you didn’t have one when I come in where the sign was, she said no there is one down this was and down that way, but you aren’t supposed to have anything to eat or drink in here regardless. I said well if you give me a place to throw it away I’d be happy to do that, but I was not going out to throw it away and then walk back. As it is Black Friday…and I already had merchandise picked out to buy. Needless to say I will not be purchasing anything because after I refused to walk all the way out to go find a trash can because they don’t put one by the door, she threatened to call security and have me thrown out of the entire mall. Over a drink that I was trying to be polite and throw away and not just sit down randomly in the store. I will never shop with H&M again and they need to learn better customer service. If you are not going to allow food and drinks, politely give your customers a place to dispose of it instead of being rude to customers! I hope the doors close on a business like this if that’s how they value customers and the convenience of them. Oh and the associate was the manager!
