“I can say I love shopping at Ross, but I can say I love this store! I got to my Doctor appointment too early, go to Ross. Just when I’m in my groove, it’s time to go. They held it back near the fitting room on my word that I would return! Everything was right where I left it when I returned, I got my groove back and enjoyed my shopping experience.”
“I recently moved here from Fairhope Alabama, and I miss all the specialty shops. In the short while I have been in the Birmingham area, the Mercantile has become my favorite of favorite shops. The Christmas shop is a winter wonderland. Anything you need you will find here, and if you need help, their designer is the greatest!”

“Helpful, knowledgeable and friendly staff. I have worked with boating (David),marine electronics(? name), boating accessories(? name)fishing rods-tackle(Carmen) and new club account (Sarah) and two ladies in rewards and had a very good experience with all.
Joining the Club saved me a considerable amount of money on my purchases and the rewards for joining were very nice and useful.
I have heard from others of the good service Bass Pro Shop provides at other locations to include standing behind their products and I believe I will find that at my local store also.”
