I came here looking for T-shirts but wasn't impressed. The staff greeted me immediately. I browsed but just didn't see anything. The store was very much dark and hard to see anything really. First time here so I didn't know what to expect. I don't know if I'll return.

Loved this store. The customer service was awesome, fast, and efficient. We ordered clothing online and got it in 4 days. Very quick and friendly service. Very eccentric items, too comical, and had a wide selection of graphic tees. We will be returning customers.

It use to be nice but now it barely has anything in the store what use to take us 30 mins takes us like five if that to look around. Not mention never has plus size cloths

I went here the other day with my grandmother and it was super fun lol. The staff helped us out and helped my nana find nose rings, and the girl working was just super helpful and nice. She helped me pick out a few things and told us about upcoming deals and such, I just liked how nice the environment was. I like when people can casually make conversation really easily and she seemed that way, I appreciated it. It was all stocked too, the store was very clean and nice. 10/10!

The selection of stuff in the store is honestly really great! However, the ladies working in there are super unfriendly and made us feel uncomfortable. They acted as if we were out of place by being in the store. They were completely rude and unhelpful to the upmost. Would not recommend shopping at this location!

Very run down. Looked like he store had been picked through. You can easily see the difference in this store and the one at the galleria. It felt like the store had all the items that no one wanted There was one one small section of harry potter, sailor moon and a few anime things too. They had a very small funky pop section with no one good enough to splurge on either. The only good thing I do have to say about this store was the fact that they do sell squishmallows. If you are looking for any of them, you need to come over to Hot Topic.

The best for all my merch, me and my girlfriend love Hot topic, it makes me feel great to be there, the environment is immaculate, 9 times out of 10 the cashier is helpful and has good music taste, eveyone loves music lol
