Went in store and had really bad customer service. The boy behind the counter was talking to me like I was a child. When I told him he didn't have to speak to me like that he told me he didn't have to serve me and to get out.

Supposed to open at 9am waited over an hour for store to open. Take in consideration for those to come, make it after noon because clearly they don't believe in being on time. Do better Metro

Young man working the counter helped me change my service to Metro Pcs. He added insurance and some security protection to my account without telling me. Told me he was giving me a "FREE" phone case. When I looked at my receipt when I got home I realized he charged me $22.00 for it. Tried to call but no answer. It was smooth. I bet he gets a lot of extra commission doing rhis to people...this isnt a sales tactic ...it's theft.

I have called for over 30 minutes and still no answer. So I drove to the store and not one customer is in there but the guy is on his phone looking at something and I tried calling from the parking lot and still no answer I mean really. This is ridiculous customer service.

So many recent poor reviews have helped me decide to drive the extra distance to a different store to open up a new account for my family. I am just writing this review to give feedback to the manager. They need to know that poor customer service hurts profits.

We have stoped SEVERAL times early morning and them not be open. Like today the door says the open 9am-8pm, here it is 950am and no one is here. Ive called multiple times with no answer. Love the service, dont really care for this particular location

Poor service. No sense of urgency in store and will not answer business phone. Love the carrier, maybe it was just this particular employee. Hope they find good help soon.
