I bought a pack of juul pods from this place. I’m a frequent shopper. I have 4 juul devices that all work and have been used recently while I have 2 on the charger..NONE of the pods worked.. tried calling and no answer.. left the same message on their machine but never received call back. $20 down the tube..they lost a loyal customer that spends &160 month there

I purchased a njoy vape pen and a week later it stopped working on me .went to exchange it and the girl called her manager who was extremely rude. She said i had to have a reciept from when i bought it but i dont understand how i could show them one they never gave me in the first place.
