answers the phone for a tow but refuses to meet at their shop to pick up vehicle ... only releases vehicles 8am-5pm but offers 24hour towing? couldn't give me a straight price because they couldn't look up how much it would be...... asked me which vehicle just to tell me I couldn't come get it anyway!!! 0/5 stars... paying upwards towards 500 dollars for them having the car 6 days... well now it'll be 7... thanks a lot Leeds PD and Murray's garage!! wow

Can't say enough great things about these guys. One of their drivers stopped on the side of the interstate and changed a flat for my wife. He was super nice. She baked a cake and took by for them. Everyone working there was very friendly. If I ever need towing or mechanical work and I'm close to them I'll definitely use Murray's.

Called when I got my U-Haul stuck in the front yard of a house I was dropping some stuff off while we were moving. A relative and a friend of theirs ended up getting me out with their truck, but, Murray's showed up promptly, and communicated with me that they were on their way. They didn't charge me, which I appreciated. If I get stuck again in Leeds I know who I will be calling.

Had a lot going on matt said it is what it is. Body cams can help you or hurt you. With Matt saying it is what is. There's a lot was said on camera that was unprofessional by my trainer. Everything was recorded from pickup to drop off

I want to thank Murray's Garage for the great service I got from driver #47125. He was very timely at coming to my broke down car, pulled it onto his truck and drove it to the repair shop assuring me the whole time it would be ok and answered all my questions, as this was my first time ever to have my car towed. He was professional, yet kind as I was pretty nervous about my car. Thank you.

Husband broke down on the 119/280 left turn lane. He called a tow and the Said 90 minutes, I show up to help and I called Murray's in Leeds! 30 minutes, Dane was very thoughtful and concerned about our safety and put us at ease as it was now 8pm and dark. We towed car to the garage Thursday night on labor day weekend. Car needed an alternator and starter, that being said they were very professional about calling, pricing, etc. Car was fixed by Wednesday and they replaced my intake manifold gasket. Betsy is so happy, she lives to drive many more days. Thank you Murray's garage

Very nice people. Town is small but they went over and beyond when I broke down. Broke down Thursday got a room found them Friday morning at 9am. They fixed my van and had me back on road. If I ever break down in leeds Alabama again I'll for sure be going back there. Owner was amazing and so is his mechanics. Thank ya'lll so much.
