Love this storage company. My experience there was easy, clean, professional. And my belongings safe and accessible 24/7. Wanted to mention how easy it was to move out, Eli helped me so much to make it a graceful transition. (Thanks Eli!)

Initially, I was concerned about using a virtual management system. I found out quickly it was easy and the customer service was the best! Access to the property and my unit was simple. The unit was clean and in good repair. I will use again and recommend to anyone. Bailee was friendly, knowledgeable and always helpful.

I have been a tenant with this storage facility for approximately 2 years. I have paid over $2000 in rental fees and during the Christmas Holiday, I ran short on funds. The facility removed my lock and installed automated locks and removed my access after 5 days of non-payment. The staff refused to grant me access to my property, despite my rental and payment history. Their gates are electronically controlled, as are the locks for the units. I do not recommend this facility as they will keep your property even if you fall behind, with no extensions or payment arrangements.
I spoke with the manager of the facility and explained that I was needing to put more property into the unit and retrieve 1 very important item, with a scheduled payment 3 days from today. He was uncooperative and unwilling to assist. As a loyal customer, this is unsatisfactory and I informed him I will be moving my property to a different company after I make my next payment.
