Overall very helpful tellers inside. The ladies I have dealt with are always smiling and polite. The only kind of irritating thing I've seen is when there has been a long line around lunch time and employees walking around chatting and not trying to offer help to the tellers working. Or ask if anyone needs anything they can help with. More of a person leave then an issue though.

Called Regions to gather info on adding my wife to one of my checking accounts. Talked with Marnie and explained that I'm disabled and walking into the bank is very difficult. On one of the hottest days of the year, she met us at our car in the parking lot with the necessary paperworkfor us to sign. We are very appreciative for her help and understanding.

Ive been banking with regions since 95 & I've never been to this particular location although I only came through the drive thru on my visit the tellers were extremely pleasant and polite I was greeted with a smile and ended with a enjoy my day! That means a lot considering how many people just move in to the next person like who's next with no hospitality! Thanks guys!

called this bank I was rushed threw my call could barely speak to the lady before she ended my call claiming she was busy and had to do something els then I call back to get Ryan on the phone who hung up with out even addressing me Thanks regions

I went in to get a paper notarized which is typically a very quick thing. An employee asked what I needed and told me to wait until they finished with a customer. Once they finished with them, they took a customer that walked in behind me. Another employee who heard what I needed walked over 20 minutes later and grabbed their notary stamp and finally took care of what I needed. Very poor customer service for a task that takes less than one minute.
