“We were on a trip from TX to SC. We gassed up at Leeds and headed back on the freeway to continue our trip home. But the transmission on our truck had different plans and failed. We called Brenton's Automotives they got us set and they recommended Burleson Towing. Our call to Burleson got us a great tow truck operator, Karrie. She quickly got our truck loaded and then hooked up our brand new camper. She got us to Brenton's Automotive and helped get our our camper set so we could spent the night. “The team at ABC Towing is efficient, communicative, and kind. I called earlier this evening and a gentleman picked up on the second ring. He was friendly and reassuring and explained the (very reasonable) costs. Then, when his driver was on his way, he texted me to let me know. In total, we waited maybe 30 minutes before he texted, then the driver, Robert, arrived about ten minutes or so later. Robert was so wonderful. I want every tow truck driver I meet to be like Robert. He was quick and kind and a pro at maneuvering the vehicle. The payment process was super easy. It was a cold night, but he was in high spirits and super friendly and helpful. These are definitely the guys I’ll be contacting next time I need a tow.”
