Packages out for delivery. And they don't even show up to deliver. Then tracking sais they couldn't reach delivery point but they don't even show up. Happens ALL THE TIME!

My parcel sent to another country was lost. filled out a complaint.... 5 months later, the parcel was found and returned completely intact. it was an exciting and unpleasant incident. but in the end, the mail system USPS coped successfully. Thank you.

Had to get a passport. Order expedited and it arrived today, only 3 weeks later. I’ve seen people have to wait for much longer for their passports so USPS really sent the documents to the department of state quick. Thank you!
