I like my local Walgreens. The people are friendly. They have what I need.

Completely rude. I am very aware of the adderall shortage but anytime I go in I’m asked if I want to wait until they receive it for them to fill my prescription. This time I was told they haven’t had it for three weeks which is normal. What was not normal is pushing my prescription back into my face. When I asked if they could hold my script and fill it when it came in I was told very directly “No” by the older woman wearing the mask, ( it get like they didn’t want to help me). I persistently asked again and was met by the pharmacist I’m assuming she was in a white coat very nonchalantly telling me she would do it. Worse service I’ve had since I’ve been filling my prescriptions here!

All I can complain about is the wait in the drive-thru, but if I had such a problem, I should go inside. Yes, I'm real about things. The people there have been nice when I've had to pick up different prescriptions for friends and family. Even when I was scatter-brain..They wasn't rude, made sure I had the credentials to get the prescriptions and made sure I signed, and was on my way. I understand that people are not perfect, and people make mistakes....So, let's not automatically get rude with them. Talk to them respectfully and they will help as they did me.

Came here for the sale on detergent for the week and the staff at this particular location are so helpful and polite! I had gone to the fultondale location yesterday & they were out the Leeds location is on my way to work so I stopped by there now there weren't any bottles on the shelf but one of the associates so kindly said let her have a look in the back she then bought out a cart with several items to choose from and I really appreciate that! She could've easily said they were out but she went the extra mile for me! She was sweet and so was the lady at the register when I checked out ...they literally made my day it's the small things that's everything!

I have had terrible experiences at this store. Make sure you check your meds before you leave and make sure you pay with a card. I was accused twice of picking up my mom's meds, and it wasn't me. Her meds were given to someone else. I had to show proof with my bank statement to prove to them that I didn't pay and pick up my mom's meds. Please, be cautious and alert.

Been trying to order my meds for over a month. I’m told every few days they are going to order my meds again even though I’ve already ordered the meds 5 other times this month. SMH. No text or call to tell me it’s going to be delayed. I just want my meds.

Despite having a recurring prescription, they were out of stock and as a result my son had a seizure. They did not offer to call another location to see if anyone had it in stock. Will never use again.

I am in complete shock of how this location is even open. I have been using Walgreens in Tuscaloosa since I was a child. Recently I moved and had no choice but to change pharmacies. I just had surgery one week ago and each time I’ve been here to get my narcotic pain medication filled I have been treated as I am abusing drugs. Clearly I am not as they can pull my pharmacy records. Three days ago the lady with the facial piercings told me it would be a 3 hour wait for my medication post my tonsillectomy. So I went home to rest. 15…. 15 mins after I left I got a call that my medications were ready. She lied and she knew how she was treating me. Last night I had emergency surgery on my throat as I was hemorrhaging. Tonight, as soon as being discharged from the hospital I went to Walgreens and the lady working the drive through refused my prescription because it didn’t have my home address on it. I still have hospital tape, name tags and such on. I wasn’t sitting around and waiting to have them work harder their last hour. She could clearly see that this office has written me prescriptions now for over a week. She didn’t offer to call them or anything. So, I went to Publix in Moody. And they were so compassionate and understanding of my situation. Publix, thanks for being my new pharmacy. Walgreens, you can shut your doors forever

The customer service here is the worst I’ve ever seen. I never have a positive, easy experience with this pharmacy. The workers are all incredibly rude, they never correctly fill prescriptions, and have responded with “that’s not my job” or “we don’t have time to do that because what if we did that for all our customers”. I have never been treated respectfully here. I can’t even get my drugs switched over to a new pharmacy because they refuse to answer the phone when other pharmacies call trying to make transfers.

Everything that post the pharmacy hours says they are opened Monday through Friday until 9 PM. The app, the Internet, and their Facebook webpage. Apparently they close at seven. It’s very frustrating after a long day and you need to get a prescription and you get there and they say the pharmacy closes at seven and it has been closing at seven for quite some time. Please update the hours so that people will not make unnecessary trips to the pharmacy when you’re closed

I had a 3 p.m. COVID test. I've had a test at Walgreens before (different location) and I was able to get the test and proceed. Today, I arrived at 2:50, I arrived at the actual window at 3:21 then I was told I had to go to the other side and circle back around the building. I was able to see visible signage at the actual window to come to lane 2, the email does not list those instructions. I feel that the test could've have been given while at the window instead of circling the building. I feel that those instructions should be listed on the scheduling email confirmation.
