“Carrie Dodd is awesome and went above and beyond to help me. I had an issue come up, after hours on a Friday, leaving for the beach and didn’t want the “worry of my problem” all weekend, until Monday, when I could speak to someone. I text her , she immediately replied , called me, then came to my house with her family and helped me with my problem on a Friday night. She definitely deserve a raise for going above and beyond her job title , plus her and the whole staff are always so friendly every time I go there!”
“Good bank but the only reason I gave 4 stars is that they are not open, not even a half day, on Saturday. I work from home in Centre but cannot get there by 4:30 during the week. You should at least be open a half day on Saturday for those of us who cannot get there during weekly business hours.”
