About Summit Towing, LLC
Summit Towing, LLC is a reliable and friendly towing and auto service provider known for its professionalism and commitment to customer satisfaction. Customers appreciate their quick response times and their ability to handle a variety of situations, from flat tires and locked keys to vehicle accidents. The staff is described as knowledgeable, caring, and dedicated, often going above and beyond to help clients. For example, they successfully towed a vehicle from Gadsden to Anniston and managed to get a car back on the road within a day and a half. They also assisted with a flat tire on a mountain and made efforts to get customers to the nearest store before closing. One customer shared an experience of a driver refusing to give up after a lockout, watching a YouTube video to find a workaround and ensuring everything worked properly before leaving. Summit Towing also delivers vehicles directly to customers’ homes, adding a personal touch. Customers highlight their southern hospitality, genuine care, and professionalism, which turn potentially stressful situations into positive experiences. The company is transparent about pricing, with one customer noting that their total was still less than a dealership quote, despite some additional charges that could have been communicated upfront. Overall, Summit Towing, LLC stands out for their prompt, friendly, and thorough service, making them a trusted choice for towing and auto needs in the area.

Traveling back from Florida and the alternator went out. These people are very friendly and helpful. We picked the van up today, and the owner was very friendly. He helped us get back on the correct road. I would highly recommend. Thank you again for your help!
