They will not accept any storage items that leak chemicals, such as paints, oils, engines, etc. If you miss your monthly rent, they'll take the time to call and remind, of course friendly, not rude or anything like it. The fencing, controlled access, security cameras and razor wire definitely give you peace of mind.”
