The pharmacy is cute and feels inviting when you first walk in; however, they are not the most welcoming or friendly people inside. It almost seemed like the lady took pleasure in letting me stand in the wrong place for several minutes. Took a while to get appropriate customer service that first time inside the pharmacy, but the refill process and pickup was super easy.

Walked into the Pharmacy/ Store and just smiled it was so nice. Then, when I had complications with renewing my prescriptions, the service was great. Took me through step by step and answered all my questions, while helping me understand what I had to do. Then I wanted to shop they have such unique ? ? gifts!

The people are nice, but this pharmacy is too small. They are only open M-F. They sometimes don't have enough of some meds to complete a prescription and you have to come back another day to get the rest.

If I could give this place negative stars it would be -5 stars. The staff is just impolite even when they make mistakes and don't even offer an apology. EVERY time I have been to this pharmacy they take hours and hours to fill the prescriptions then without fail they will only fill 1 prescription and forget the rest or fill all but 1, so it's just a matter of how long you will have to wait in the store as they fill them after waiting all day for them to be filled. I switch pharmacies from Walmart because this is closer to home worst mistake, it's faster to drive 20min to Walmart and get them.

I had some trouble getting a prescription filled a couple of weeks ago. Apparently the medicine was on back order. I contacted or went to 19 pharmacies, all with the same answer. Lillian Pharmacy saved my bacon. Not only did they have my medicine, but they were very kind people. Cute little store, very friendly staff.

Excellent - knowledge - friendly staff! We switched our prescriptions (from many years with Walgreens) over to here about a year ago...then I came down with a serious illness 2 months ago and their staff has been incredible in assisting me on numerous occasions figure out my medications. In addition, our monthly cost is lower with them. I'd highly recommend this pharmacy.

The Pharmacist Mngr of this store decides whose prescription they will fill based on your personality. She has very low emotional intelligence and can't deal well with sick ppl, so be very careful talking with her. She began lecturing me on my script and when I'd told her I already knew that lecture, please just answer my question, she retorted, "we're not filling your prescription here".

Lillian pharmacy has a pharmacist who was very rude to me. I won't be back after they " find my prescription" they sent to another pharmacy in Pensacola. Without my permission.

Really nice pharmacy. Everyone was really kind and welcoming. Received both covid vaccines here. Will call soon to receive a booster. Definitely recommend!
