Based on the reviews, Lincoln Lumber and Ace Hardware is a good solid store for any items for home projects or repairs. The employees are helpful and friendly, with personnel always friendly and helpful. The staff has always asked if help is needed finding an item. One employee went above and beyond the call of duty, setting the standard for all customer service members. Another time, an employee traveled to Oxford to pick up the stain that was wanted. The store is clean with plenty of parking space and is a pleasant place to shop. The Lincoln store went above and beyond to make customers happy. It is a short drive from home and a much closer location than the one previously visited.
