Everyone that works at this location is very helpful and clearly appreciate their job. I dread when I have to go to the Pell City location because they are always rude. The Lincoln location is a breath of fresh air and all of us in Lincoln are very grateful.

They do not deliver to every address. In fact, they refuse to deliver to every address. They pick and choose. Then when you call, if you can get a person to answer, they leave the fax machine on an it interferes with the call. Finally, when you ask questions to verify the information they provide, they hang up on you.

I want to say " Thank You!" To a caring woman that works at this branch. I didn't ask for her name, but the day I came in she was wipping down the door glass. I asked her if she could help me back to my car, she didn't hesitant and offered me her arm. We still have caring, loving, wonderful people in this messed up world. Thank You sweet lady!

The people are AMAZING! They are always kind and friendly, do their job efficiently. One day after a long illness I accidentally left a package I intended to mail on the counter inside. I realized after I got home. I called 8 minutes after they closed. The sweet lady that waited on me answered the phone! She said they had found it, and had decided to mail it to me! I told, her thank you, and I would be back the next day to mail it off. GOOD PEOPLE!

Had a huge problem when we first moved (only down the street). Couldn't get our mail. After two trips down there and talking to the postmaster they straitened it out and it has been fine ever since. Our mail lady Precious, is very nice and accommodating. The normal clerk/cashier has also always been very nice and helpful. The hours kinda stink, I've never had an office that closed for lunch but it is a smaller office. It is nice to know it's not a faceless bureaucracy and you can go down and get something fixed.

The mail carriers should be instructed and punished for being LIARS! I have literally been sitting in my living room since before 4pm waiting for a few packages, anxious for them to arrive, tracking them every few minutes and then all of a sudden it says an attempt to deliver was made... THAT'S A FREAKING LIE!!!!
