Horrible internet. paying for 15mbps but rarely, if ever, get a solid 1mbps. staff is no help either. waited 2 and a half years for fiber optic and now that the line is out ill probably wait another 2 years to have someone actually come out and hook it up in the house. just get satellite internet it'll be better in the... read full comment

So tired of waiting. Everything takes forever. Can't use 2 devices at once without apps like Netflix or Hulu crashing every 2 minutes. What the hell am I paying $50 a month for? I know "loading"
