Since my first call to cancel my contract and have the tank picked up on November 16th (two months ago) I have called an additional three times to ask them about picking up. Each time they have given me a new date of scheduled pickup, and each time it is not picked up. I'm in the process of selling my house, so this has created an obscene amount of trouble with confusion over conveying. I also have a security gate in my community so I tried stressing that I will need to have a gate pass called in for the tank pickup--at this point I think I have submitted 15-20 gate passes for a tank pickup that is seemingly NEVER going to happen.Now it appears that instead of taking my calls, they immediately transfer me to a voicemail or immediately put me on hold. Half expecting a bill in the mail for another year of tank rental.
