They provide great and fast customer service. The shop is clean. They are known for going out of their way to help, especially in emergencies. This includes fixing a flat tire, diagnosing a dangerous separated steel belt in a tire about to explode, and replacing a blown-out tire for travelers. They work promptly and instantly to get customers back on the road quickly, even finding solutions when a specific tire size is not in stock. They take extra time for a thorough check, perform maintenance like rotations and balancing, and diagnose and replace parts like brake rotors. This is a well run business. The people are friendly and helpful. My daughter’s car had a flat in town and I was away on business and the owner himself went and got the car and fixed the tire. Highly recommend this place.
