Excellent for downloading, I arrived and registered at 7:13 am and my appointment was for 8am, they gave me the door quickly to my registration and I am leaving at 8:49 am. I was scared because of the comments but it was actually good for me

App 9 am, check in 8:30am, out 10:30am, not bad at all, do not come earlier than 30 min before appointment, loves truck stop near by.

I order a deck belt 103" Aug 3. Says it won't arrive till the 12th, ok. Then on the 9th it says its out for delivery and is delivered at 2pm. Im home all day for this to get to me and nothing. Ace says ask delivery service. I have them look for it on the 12th. Now the 14th it shows up but its the wrong size. Ace solution, "We apologize for any inconvenience you may have experienced with your order. Please have these items turned into your local store for assessment." Now they want me physically to go to the closest one for a refund. Thus defeating the purpose of online shopping. 11 days now without the part I needed. This is where the order came from.

Slow Slow Slow.... Even when you check in they will tell you do not came back asking when will you be empty..... They will hold you for over 2 hours to unload.

Picked up load in Lincoln, CA. I got (still am) extremely sick. Some days couldn't get over 200 miles.
Bottom line I was 2 days late getting here. Of course they continued to reschedule delivery date.
When I finally made it...they got me in a door fast and started unloading.
They get the good folks award from me.
