Bad customer service. Drove almost an hour with a sick dog only to be told the receptionist gave us the wrong day for her appointment then refused to see the fur baby! I won’t stand for gossip and ugliness!!! Taking my family elsewhere to get better care

Drove almost an hour with a sick dog only to be turned away with receptionlist saying she told us wrong date!!! they refused to care for my dog then were ugly about it afterwards!! taking my hard earned money and my fur baby to get more decently cared for!!!

Experience, dedication, knowledge, and the act of actually caring for my pets will always go a long way with me. My pets are everything to me and when I take them in for help, I expect the same compassion and patience I would show them. That's exactly what I have found in Dr Gill. I took one of my pets in for an issue I couldn't get resolved, or much less diagnosed at another vet I used. After my visit I had all my pets records (I have 6) right over to Loxley Animal Hospital. Also made appointments right away for them. I have great respect and security in taking all my babies to Dr Gill. I wish I had gone there sooner. Good and caring folks!!

Was just told they’re not taking any new clients, even though I’ve been there with pets before. It seems mismanaged or overwhelmed biased leadership. Definitely don’t have their stuff together.

They started back helping about 7 months ago with my puppy. I walked in scared for my puppy, she had a dog bite on her head and was infected. Dr Gill took care of her quickly and caring like her own. Now this past week, Dr Gill and her staff saved our girl again. She was so sick and they treated with so much care and kept me informed all the time. Now our Emma Girl is back home and happy. I can't say enough good things about Loxley Animal Hospital. Dr Gill and staff are my #1 choice for my fur babies.Thank you so much!!!
