“I have used many pharmacies in my lifetime. Mostly big chain pharmacies. Some good and some not so good. Big chain pharmacies can be rather cold and uncaring most of the time. To them you're just a number. Not at Eastern Shore Pharmacy. Eastern Shore Pharmacy is by far the best pharmacy I have ever used. It is very clean and well organized and has a very welcoming atmosphere that you will notice immediately when you walk in. The pharmacist (Steve) is a kind, soft-spoken and knowledgeable man that seems to genuinely care about the quality of life of his customers. Always willing to speak to you on a personal level and give you helpful advice when you need it. His staff is incredibly kind and do an exceptional job of making you feel like you belong. I can never see myself using another pharmacy as long as I have them.”
“The sevices perform here are outstanding! The store is cute and quaint having many of the things big drugstores have but what makes them stand apart is each and every person recognizes me not matter where I walk in or drive up! The one draw back is that Tri-care does not recognize them!”

“Everything is very clean! Publix has a wide selection of groceries, and prepared food. I personally like the Asain bbq beef rice bowl in the food court. The upstairs is a nice place to eat. I was thankful that they have Apple Pay. The people are very new since this Publix has just opened but they are always willing to help you out!”

“Love Sam's Club!!! I save 30, 40 and sometimes 50 percent off things I use on a regular basis! The Deli has the best pizza by the slice and their hot dogs are great! And I don't even like hot dogs! Members Mark is a good store brand. The folks in the pharmacy are great! Always friendly and caring. Above all they make sure to assist if you need a consultation or explaining any interactions between your meds.”
“The prices are generally pretty good..It's a good day when the price written on the shelf and the item actually rings up at the same price..Today, not so..I didnt have time to bother going to customer service..Every time I drive up there I get screwed out of $3 to $6”

“I had to go to the dentist for an emergency procedure! It was after 6 o’clock when I finally got out of there. I tried the pharmacy at CVS And Walgreens, both were closed. I got my groceries at Publix and decided to try the pharmacy last minute. The girls there and the pharmacist there did me such a great favor by filling my prescription even though they close in 20 minutes it’s hard to find people willing to be that kind these days. Shout out to Alivia, Adrienne, and Sarah! You guys are amazing!”

“A nice enough store, if you've been to one CVS you've been to them all. The prices are insanely high as typical of drugstores but they have a better selection than most big box stores, too. The self checkout option is probably the worst I've seen anywhere, though.They also have a small selection of women's clothing, jewelry and accessories, weirdly. Oh and Fairhope Pirates school shirts and stuff.”

“I was late on a Sunday trying to get my prescription and I pulled up in the parking lot at 6:00 when the pharmacy close and I didn't know they closed that early. So I went to the pharmacy and their windows were shut so I knocked on the window and door somebody answered and allowed and helped me out with my prescription after I was 5 minutes late. Wonderful people there and the pharmacist was very understanding”

“This store deals with a giant surge of retirees. Somethings new out of there control have caused timing delays like I’m nit used to but they do a great job and showed me how to save over 500$ per month for my prescriptions my insurance doesn’t 100% cover. The manager in the pharmacy needs a raise. She is awesome”

“I know so many people switched to big box stores for their pharmacy services. My husband and I moved from a big box pharmacy to Loxley Drugs.
The personal care & attention is so valuable to me. They check for all the things the big box places miss - interactions, refill dates, allergies... & not once have they gotten the dosage wrong & almost killed me!
The staff is remarkably courteous and professional. Even the "new" pharmacist - he's smart, professional, knowledgeable & friendly.
I am never in line waiting, there is never "we are out", "we need to order", no "come back later" (especially when you just hobbled in from the hospital)... this whole staff cares about you.
I am a huge fan of the gift store too.”
