Got a notice from the post office saying they tried to deliver my package. I was home all day, and there was nothing on my ring camera showing they came to the door. I’ve tried calling for 2 days and nobody has answered. The item was overnight delivery!!! So the bugs will be dead before I can get to them. Horrible!!!!!

I've never dealt with them until today.It's funny the first time I dealt with them i can see why they have a low rating. Rude and unhelpful. No answers as to why my very expensive package is missing or how to fix the problem.

They never have a stock supplies, such as international stamps. The workers are not helpful to find a solution to questions. Only 1 clerk and waited 15 minutes in line that I was 4th in.

Every weekend I get packages they go missing ! Usually to neighbors houses ,you can't actually speak with anyone on a phone .I tried thru the app and it hung up on me due to no agents available

My latest encounter is when they threw a vinyl record over the gated fence (that's not locked in the slightest) on a rainy day instead of placing it at the front door like they're supposed to. I get it that it's raining and you don't want to get out of your vehicle. But it's also your job. I HEARD that vinyl hit the ground. I just hope that this very limited vinyl isn't broken. I can't replace it.I have had nothing but problems with them being absolutely lazy and careless with packages.

Bless it. This place is the worst. At this point, just shut it down. Ridiculous. They're never open, even if you go at posted "open" times, and depending on the day and the worker you get at the counter (if lucky enough to actually catch one there), you may receive poor and rude service. We now drive over to Robertsdale Post office (a 15 min drive for us) and use their PO boxes. It's a shame too, because that place stays slammed busy!! Prob because everyone that lives in Loxley is also using THEM! Ha!

Delivery service is terrible. Driver is too lazy to take packages to the house claiming that my driveway is inaccessible (despite people being able to get low cars down the drive with no issue). If the package doesn't fit in the mailbox I can expect to have to pick my own package up.
