Adept was exceptional by every measure. Adept immediately worked me into their schedule, conducted a comprehensive inspection to identify all problems (many that I had deferred), provided a detailed repair estimate for each problem then executed an effective and timely repair on each problem. Adept's staff member John B. kept me informed throughout the repair process. Adept lived up to every commitment. Honestly the best auto repair experience I have ever experienced in my 70 years - HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

After what could've been a terrible accident where my car shut off in the middle of traffic, thank God we were stopped by a red light I originally called my car manufacturer for an appointment but they were booked out until January and they charged significantly more so I did a Google search and found Adept, called them the next day and they were able to get me in thay following Monday right before Christmas. They were very accommodating, helped me save money and got my car fixed in a reasonable amount of time. They replaced two parts that were causing issues with my battery and starter I believe. I will happily go back to them again, even for just an oil change. Staff was friendly, listened to my concerns and I appreciate that.

Ryan does a great job and plays it straight! I like that he sends you an email with all the items needed to be repaired and you can chose which ones you want done. And he saves the list for next time. No, hanging on the phone trying to make a split decision about your car repairs.

I had received several quotes on my car’s repair. All were really high and ranged by hundreds of dollars (but to be fair, they all stated the same fix).
I was complaining about the costs to a friend at my gym who told me to check out Adept Auto. So I took it for a free estimate. Not only did they let me know quickly the problem (which I already suspected), but the turnaround and cost was significantly less than the other estimates.
They then were able to achieve their estimated return date and cost. All of this was very well communicated too!!
I have found my mechanic of choice. And with a 2006 car to keep going, this is great news!

everyone was very nice and the price was great.
I had a oil change and while there my air filter was very dirty and I was asked if I would like to get it change , and I got a discount on it so I'm very happy with the group and the work.
I recommend anyone to go to them.

I had a great experience with Adept Auto Repair! I took my 2015 F-150 in because it was over heating and leaking coolant. I requested they diagnose the coolant system in addition to doing a full inspection of the truck due to it having 195k miles and I assumed there were probably other things that needed to be addressed. I dropped it off in the morning and received an initial assessment from John before the day was over. I was pretty impressed with that considering this was Christmas Eve. John and the team kept me updated every step of the way and documented everything. I really appreciated them taking pictures of their findings and following up with me shortly afterwards. I’ve had pretty bad experiences with auto shops in the past, but I am glad I gave Adept a chance. I will be going back to them for future needs.
