This is a great place to come for all of your auto needs. I’ve always come to this particular location. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. They always act in a professional and courteous manner. Desmond went above and beyond and helping me figure out some issues with my vehicle. I will continue to come here for all of my auto parts needs.

Stopped in for new windshield wipers on my wife's car. Julie went above and beyond helping me figure out what wipers I needed and helped install an extremely complicated wiper. I'm very happy with the customer service.

Love the fact that their employees go above and beyond the call of duty. I used to frequent Auto Zone but their customer service isn't on the level that Advanced is. Advanced employees willingly offer assistance while Auto Zones acts like your bothering them. I highly recommend this business !!

I went there on A Saturday morning. I had to jump start my vehicle before I left home. Thank goodness it was not busy when I arrived and Jordan took care of testing my battery, yep it needed to be replaced. He gave options regarding batteries, recommended the battery I needed. While I was there I selected wiper blades as I knew they needed to be replaced. Jordan installed the new battery, put on the wiper blades. He was friendly and knowledgeable. I may have been there maybe 30 minutes. Great service and employee.

Needed sway bar bushings. They showed me both sets of what they had in stock, both with life time warranty and the Advance brand looked better and more durable. Plus it was less and they give military discounts.

I am absolutely appalled by my experience at Auto Zone #2330 on Hughes Rd. I was getting gas at Mapco on County Line Rd and Hey 72 when my car wouldn't start at 835pm tonight. Finally got it started and went straight to Auto Zone. I arrived at 8:45pm.One of the service men asked if I needed help. There was another service man helping another customer at the counter. I askedif he could check my battery and explained what just happened. We went to my car and he confirmed my battery was dead. He said they do have a battery for my car, but he couldn't change it for me as they were closing!!!?! What?? I was flabbergasted. I asked "What is mt car doesn't start back up?" He replied "I can jump it off for you. Come back in the morning and I can put a new one in."!Now, I'm not happy. It wasn't 9pm yet. I hopped in my car and drove the 1/4 mile to Advanced Auto Parts on Hwy 72. It was 8:48. I asked if they could replace my battery and the young man said "sure"! I said I knew it was close to closing time, and he said "not a problem. That is my job". He was extremely courteous and helpful. The battery was about 80 less than what the gentleman at Auto Zone said would cost me.I will NEVER go to Auto Zone again. I will ALWYS visit Advanced auto Parts!!
