Hit or miss on if they’re fully stocked but can’t compete with their prices

Love the store prices, hate the attitude the grocery staff has. One grocery man was very rude to me because he was aggravated that I alerted them of broken eggs and asked if he could get me a carton from the back. I told the manager but I don't feel that anything will come of it. I don't like being treated badly just because someone is having a bad day or is irritated. I don't do it to people, I don't expect it to be done to me. I don't need Aldi as I only occasionally go there for their milk and eggs, but if that's how I'll be treated I'll simply get my eggs and milk from Costco, even if they are a little farther, as the prices are pretty comparable (Costco being a little cheaper really) I reported this man to corporate and will not be going back anytime soon. I don't necessarily need good service - just don't give me bad service.

Really sad that they treat there workers and customers like this only one lane open and it’s only 5:30pm..Hire people so customers won’t have to stand in line and wait for over 15 min in line

Today’s Aldi was busy to be sure, but the number of customers and the busyness of the store are no excuse for the nasty attitudes of the cashier. Thankfully, the eggs weren’t broken, although she did try. It was like waiting on us to take our money for buying groceries was nothing more than an inconvenience. In our city, there are numerous Aldi outlets. The one in Madison is closest to our house but honestly, the drive to a different Aldi is worth the time and effort just to miss this place and its terrible, terrible attitude. This is not the first time we have had a problem here. My husband had rotator cuff surgery and every time he tried to try to put the groceries in our bag, (one for frozen stuff and one for regular) she kept throwing them in on top of his hand and I made a comment that this isn’t nice…..she didn’t care. Not sure if you care, Aldi, but If you’re mean to people it will always come back around at some point in your life. This was the straw that broke the camels back. Not to mention, they never keep the shelves stock like your other locations. we’re going to start buying groceries at Trader Joe’s. Goodbye, Aldi!

Was looking forward to be able to shop here again after moving from the mountain west. Love their imported items, and their home items. Got a $40 electric chainsaw last visit that works great. Snack packs are great, although they frequently run out.

Nothing bad to say about this store. High-quality food, fresh vegetables, and fruits. The meats are great and the variety of everything is amazing. I knew this store in Germany 30 years ago. It’s been around a long long time. They don’t let anybody sell their products in the store and there are no food coloring in any other items. The non-grocery items are also amazing. A lot is from Germany. They have a lot of German products. You should check it out. You won’t regret it.
