Everyone who works behind the counter are GREAT!! You just have to wait forever to get to the back. Phone calls not answered, if you leave message no one calls you back. They put you on hold and never answer, or they will just pickup and hang up on you. Then they will close and leave a note on door and never call to inform you after you have taken off work and drive 30 minutes to get there. If you can EVER get in, the people who work behind the scene are WONDERFUL and will take great care of youEveryone in back get ten stars!!

I went into Aspen Dental to have a tooth pulled. I was a walkin but was seen almost immediately. The staff was very courteous and professional. After x-rays were done, it was discovered I had 2 more teeth than needed to be pulled. I was nervous and Dr. Michael Stock was very gentle and assured me I wouldn't feel a thing. I didn't. It took a while, but I left knowing I had been well taken care of.

Appointment for my daughter scheduled for 9am. THOUGHT we were going in for a routine cleaning as a new patient... NOPE. X-rays were done and a small cavity found under one of her clear sealants. Finally at 1030am we were taken to check out.... In order for her to get the teeth cleaning we needed to come back at 2pm. She had already missed just about ½ day of school so we weren't coming back the same day. In order to schedule the cleaning and cavity fill they require 60% down. Gave them my card and they charged me the full amount.... Just frustrated with this process.

Terrible facility customer service and company that tries to scam you after they cancel your appointment 6 times for no reason without calling you, and then try to blame you for it. They try to charge you for things you didn't ask for or approve and don't need then try to argue with you and refuse to take things off the bill, then when you finally get them to take things off they refuse to refund you your money. 9 months later they still owe me $300. And then the work you do approve they don't do and then lie to you and say they did it and when you call them out they try to cover it up.

Go somewhere else. I tried for 2 weeks (5 calls) and could not get anyone on the phone. I had prepaid for my next bit of work so they essentially were holding my money hostage. I finally got a hold of someone today who tried to set up an appointment and could not let me speak to someone in billing. It's going to take up to 3 weeks for me to get my money back. Absolutely ridiculous and I'm not sure how they are in business. Go somewhere else!!!

I recommend this place highly. 7 years ago I had a traumatic experience at a dentist and haven’t gone since. I expressed all my fears to this group. Never once did they make fun of me, they stopped when I asked, brought my husband in for support. Let me work through it which included crying and a panic attack. I am almost 50 I never thought I would ever be afraid of the dentist. They went at my speed didn’t rush, let me get up, checked on me often. All of the staff from the receptionist to the doctor. The receptionist even checked on me in the back. Can’t say enough good things about this place

I had a dental emergency, after setting up an appointment with them I went in as a walk in.The front desk staff did a great job and x ray technician did a great job. Dr Robert was kind and did a great job!!My only concern was the dental assistant that was helping the dentist did very sloppy work.She got numbing gel all over my face, she about choked me several times with the air suction hose, that gets Saliva out of your mouth. Her work was very careless and it was very unpleasant.

Staff was very friendly. Intake was quick and easy, filled out the necessary information on a tablet in less than 3 minutes. Very little wait time between seeing the dental hygienist and dentist. Scheduled all my follow on appointments on the spot and they were scheduled right about a week later.

This was my first visit and I was pleased with the service provided today. Will have to wait till completion of service required to give a full detail of service. So far everything seems to be going very well. Staff and doctor were very pleasant and professional.

It was a great experience once it got started. Waited for approximately 45 minutes before my appointment got started. Everything after that was outstanding! Technician was professional, courteous and talked me through the impression process! Thanks and keep up the good work! I appreciate you!!

Overall it was a rude 5 minute experience I would not recommend this location. I arrived within my grace period stood at the front desk for several minutes before someone greeted me. Although the worker was sitting right there she did not greet me until minutes later. She then said that I was late. And not in my grace period although I was. She was very rude I drove 25 minutes to come to this appointment just for her to turn me away and rude about it. First and last time dealing with this location

Second update: received a message from someone from their team saying they would address the concern which is summed meant calling me …. Still waiting on the call. And I paid for the $39 insurance. I want my money back you can’t get an appointment!!!1st visit was told my husband didn’t have an appointment. We did it was scheduled two weeks prior. Then when it came time for my next appointment got a call 30 minutes before closing to verify my appointment and was told it would be cancelled without verbal confirmation (I had made several attempts that day to call and verify the appointment voicemail each time) Called the 1800# to be sure and they emailed the office. Went to the appointment after several attempts and telling them my husband had a toothache. We were told we could come back later that evening? Why not just do it then? So we call to schedule yet another appointment it’s been 2 days and no call back.left a message then got put on hold then got told internet was down they would call me back? I’m not impressed. The only good thing about the place is that the actual dentist is very friendly and knowledgeable.

I was charged for services never received (electric toothbrush and Motto trays) on 3/20/23 totaling almost 3K. When I called no one would answer the phone. So I had to go in person to talk to anyone.When I did speak to someone in the office about the trays or refund they said the office manager would see what they could do. Weeks later I emailed the manager to say I wanted a refund, she responded it was to be processed. I called my insurance get involved because of the terrible service, to resolve it and it is now July. They are still waiting for a response and are escalating the issue.Do not go there

Wish I could give no stars. Worst service ever. Waited over 30min before going to the back for x-rays. They took over 10 different x-rays that seamed overkill and hurt my mouth holding the pads for the x-rays machine. Then I waited another 20min in a chair waiting the hygienist and doctor. By this time I just walked out.

I went in for cleaning and a chipped tooth. They did an evaluation which included them spearing my gums to draw blood to get a gingivitis diagnosis forcing me to get additional cleaning service that is not covered by my insurance in addition to the cleaning and tooth repair that is covered. After an hour in their office and nothing cleaned I have an appointment for their gum cleaning and will need another for standard cleaning and repair. I would recommend elsewhere.This is after my initial attempt to schedule an appointment(called the number) where I showed up and them telling me I didnt have an appointment. I sit with someone there and give them my insurance. I get a call the next day informing me they dont have insurance.Really not sure how I should handle this. Deal with my tooth and not deal with them again or figure out what is on paper and stop it all.
