The worst experience I’ve ever had in purchasing a new phone and a new line. The store did not honor their promo. Also, the communication between the employees and their district manager was unprofessional; that is to say when they could reach the district manager. The local manager was not available either day that I was there. One employee even wrote a note to the other employees saying he is quitting his job that day. As I was waiting on the doors to open at 10:00 two customers drove off and wished me luck in getting assistance and that was 10:20 AM. The second day I came back to complete the sale the district manager could not be reached and the other two gentlemen who did not have any customers tried to call the district manager, and his phone went straight to voicemail. Needless to say, the store as a retail distributor is lacking professionalism in representing AT&T.

Colin was wonderful! He knew everything there was to know about my new iPhone 17. The store had quite a few customers and was very accommodating and did not rush you to make a decision. I have told my friends and family to visit the At&T store Madison and ask for him! Great experience

The store was super dirty and not well maintained. The manager just sat there while customers walked in and wouldn't help any of them. He simply said someone will be right with you, while there was only one other employee in the store that had to take care of every customer while the manager just sat on his laptop. The employee was nice, but I came in to bundle my account and she ended up changing my account and now my bill has gone up 60 bucks rather than getting a 20% discount for bundling. This store and its management clearly needs work.

First guy kinda dismissed my problem without fixing it. Manager stepped in when I said I wasn't going to keep a phone I couldn't use. She fixed my problem.

Employees keep sending people with insurance claims to the uBreakiFix, saying ubif can file them. They cannot file the claims. But at least ubif will point you in the right direction on who to call or what site to use.

I came in the store for the first time…and it will be my last….
The store manager EJAY G, greeted me as I walked in. I told him I’m interested in getting my husband an Apple Watch.. he told me the promotions, I told him I don’t want a installment I want to pay it off… long store I decided to upgraded my phone and my watch line so I thought. EJAY reassured me that I can get the watch for 99cent if I get a phone, I asked I don’t have to get a new line cause I don’t want any more lines… he said correct I don’t need a new line…left the store with a iPhone 16 and Apple Watch series 10… to my knowledge my I only upgraded my two devices, so I thought!
Before I left I told EJAY I hope I don’t have to come back because he messed anything up on my account…and so be the case. I return to the store today June 5, to drop my son trade-in off. The store was closed I waited 45 mins for them to open in the afternoon at 3-3:45pm. The young lady put my trade in and I told her to check my account to make sure I get the promotion. To my surprise I noticed that it was showing in the watch is for $100 off for 36 months which will be $2 and some change.
Then BAM I see I suspended number on my account, I saw it was my current watch line that was supposed to be upgraded… I asked why is it suspended and how can he upgrade my watch if he suspended my line… MR EJAY suspended my watch line without my consent and added a NEW LINE to my account again without my CONSENT..
I came home and got the new watch told the young lady to reactivate my watch line and I gladly returned the UNOPENED watch I bought..
This is considered fraud that AT&T is teaching their store managers to do. I’m beyond frustrated and disappointed in this situation. However, this isn’t the end cause didn’t authorize EJAY to add or suspend my line.
