Fantasia assisted me as soon as I walked in the door. She was very polite and educated me on the different options of my purchase. She even saved me from making an out of pocket purchase. Which I love about AT&T. She did a "AMAZING" job assisting me with my purchase.

Manager Cayla and Sales Rep Shakila did not follow through with the trade-in that was promised! They wanted me to pay an extra $150 after telling me with my trade-in that it was free. Very disappointed as a customer of 20 years with four phones and Internet.
Do not recommend the store!

Came to upgrade a device. The person that we dealt with was great. However we were signed up for 3 addon's that we were not asked about and were unauthorized totaling $47 additional per month. Glad I caught this the day of! I don't know if this is just the shady business of AT&T or the person helping us trying to get higher commission/bonus.

We were impressed with James’ professionalism. Even when he didn't know the answer to one of our questions, he immediately raised his hand and asked his co-worker for assistance. Together they were very helpful, professional, patient, friendly and efficient!

Extremely rude employees. Came in tonight right before closing to discuss upgrading a phone, the lady acted like she was inconvenienced by my family and I’s presence (mind you’re they’re all just hanging out doing absolutely nothing). She barely greets us, goes to check the back for an iPhone I was interested in, proceeds to tell me they are all sold out, doesn’t even offer to order it for me or anything. It was giving lazy and rude. I don’t know why y’all even bother having physical stores with employees, they are zero help and if they’re going to choose to be zero help close all physical stores and go completely digital and shut down the stores.

Fantasia was amazing. She was very thorough with the explanation of the best deal for my situation and need. She was very pleasant and helpful. I’d gone to a different AT&T store the day before and I can say there was a difference in customer service. Everyone in the store was great and friendly, but Fantasia gave a phenomenal one on one experience that felt authentic, honest, and comfortable. 10/10 , highly recommend.

We went in for help with a new AT&T phone. The staff (all of which had no name tags or uniforms) was absolutely rude and uneducated about the Google Pixel 9. At one point the employee who was 'helping' us told me to go back to BJs which is where we ordered the phones. We are now at home trying to contact tech support and regretting switching to AT&T from T-Mobile. Worst mistake we've made in a LONG TIME.
I wish I could give 0 stars.
As a follow up, we went to BJs AT&T kiosk, they called tech support and a new phone is on the way.

Very professional and courteous only had to wait about 15 minutes before I was seeing very pleased with the outcome.
