Went in for a key fob battery replacement. The staff were very kind and helpful. Showed me how to pop open the fob, which I had never actually had to do before. Shout out to Elizabeth and Chris for the help (at least I think that was there names).

Just bought a new car battery wires looked weird and were funky but HUGE shoutout to Kevin and Will they both took time out to truly help and super kind and helpful as a mechanic this is the service you need.

I had a terrible experience with one of their employees here. He was condescending, mocked my voice, and was even rude directly to one of the employees there and talked bad about another employee at a different store. He told me I didn't know what I was doing. It's an alternator dude, not rocket science. But today I came in and he was much more polite. So I decided to redo my review. Now about the parts quality. I'm on my 4th alternator from them. The first one didn't charge at all. The second one lasted about a month. The third one was still charging but the bearings went out. I wish they could figure out how to rebuild these things properly. I know AutoZone is just a middleman and they don't actually rebuild them themselves but they are the ones I'm buying the product from. The gentlemen helping today suggested I might try and duralast Gold next time. He seemed very nice and knowledgeable.

Kevin was awesome, knowledgeable and a great help. The most courteous professional tech that I have experienced at autozone. I have been to many autozones throughout the country in the last 2 decades and Kevin by far surpassed all locations.
Thank you Kevin for all you do, you made my experience great, timely, and pleasant.

Called asking about a ignition coil and the man who answered the man who answered the phone I ask him a question and he told me he was going down a list and told me to be calm like I was a child and when I told him I wasn’t a child and could talk however I wanted to he hung up phone like a coward 8/1/2024 6:20 pm approximately

These are by far the best employees I've ever encountered at any autozone store. Very pleased and blown away by how helpful these men were, thank you!! Two guys specifically but forgot their names, darn! If I come across them again and catch their names I'll definitely edit this post and give them the recognition they very much deserve.

I have a Promaster van and needed To replace my low beam light. Kevin was very professional and personable, which went a long ways in helping repair my problem. Highly Recommend Auto Zone on Hugh’s rd, if you are in the Madison area!
