I definitely would NOT recommend we had to call them to check the status, after them having the car for three weeks, they said the car was ready to be picked up so after driving an hour to get there they tell us the car is not ready the guy that told us was new, and that they are still waiting on the part and it will be ready to go the next day, ok fine, we call the next day and find out that the part they are waiting on is on back order and the car won’t be ready until next week!!! The communication is absolutely horrible!!!

Excellent service and communication from the manager to the service technician, who was responsible for my daughter's car, all the way to the front counter representative.

Caliber Collision made a bad experience I was going through to be a great experience. Starting with an appointment Whitney called me when a person canceled an appointment and offered it to me. Then when coming in to get it inspected they dealt with my insurance company, I did not have to do anything. They had the best communication of any service provider I have ever had. I got texts and calls as where the progress was in getting my 4Runner repaired. The painter did an excellent job, they matched my paint exactly! I got to pick it up my vehicle on the day I requested and both men I talked to were very helpful. Thank you so much for the excellent job on repairing my vehicle.

Hello folks,
I was so excited to get my 2021 car back but....🤔
There's issues with my 🫤 cameras which wasn't working on the bumper and the park assist which I thought all of this been checked before payment and pick up. However I contacted the shop over that weekend and Carson called me back to set up appt to bring the car in which they fix all the issues that I had and now everything is good. I would highly recommend this shop for car repairs👍🏾.

Hard to believe this company turns down a claim that is being paid by Walmart. On top of the lady who works there is highly rude and un helpful. I would recommend using another company

I almost never post a bad review, but my experience with Caliber was the worst I have had with a body shop ever. One of the people in the office argued with us that we hadn't already had an estimate on the day they scheduled us to start work. Go elsewhere.
