I really liked the work they did here on my car. I had a bumper replacement after car accident. There are competent people here who know how to do their job 100%. They explained to me in detail everything that will need to be done and why. The work was done quickly and efficiently

Highly recommend Patrick and the Collision Tech team. They are responsive, organized, knowledgable, professional and most importantly, treat you like a human being and your car like a prized possession. They stayed in communication with updates throughout the repair process and were even able to return my repaired vehicle ahead of schedule! On delivery they took care to make sure everything was working properly plus the vehicle was returned extremely clean. Definitely exceeded my expectations and made the stressful experience I anticipated into something positive.

I had my 2021 Mazda Miata completely repainted. The previous owner banged it up quite a bit and it was covered with dings and small dents. It was a very easy process
to fix. Patrick Lee worked with through the whole process.
He kept me informed and responded immediately to my calls. My car came out absolutely stunning. It’s a dark cobalt blue with lots of depth to it. I couldn’t be happier with Luis’s work and Patrick’s communication! Highly recommend Collision Tech!

Collision tech was GREAT!! Some genius backed their truck into me at a red light, and I called literally every highly rated shop on Google and every single one said it would be a minimum of 3-4 weeks before they could start work. I called Collision Tech last, and they immediately answered and said “well you can you bring it to me in 3 days and we’ll start!” Took about two weeks and my car looks just like brand new! They also answered the first time I would call any time during the process so there was never a wait on knowing what was going on in the process. Would definitely recommend them!Services: Painting

Hi Folks,I bought my car here for a repair and I must say they did a superb job on my car which was scratched up in the front. I was told by USAA I needed to call around to get a auto body shop for the repair on my car (being from NY this isn't something I normally do). Anyway,I called this shop and was thinking that I'm going to get a next month or 2 appt (which this what I was told when calling or her body shops) to my surprise I spoke with Patrick and he was nice to talk to and told me that sure I can bring in my 2021 Sonata that Monday (it was Wed the week before). I was so happy and that Monday I drop the car off but something came up and I didn't have a ride to go back home here in Madison the OWNER "LUIS" drove me home he was very nice and personal which I appreciate. We talked about NY and I got a safe ride home (Yay!) In the end Guys my scratch up bumper on my 2021 Sparkle (my car name) was shining like a diamond and my husband like it too. Believe me folks this place is very good (it's a small run company) and I would come back (hopefully not lol). In the meantime, I would highly recommend anyone to go there for your repairs.....You won't get disappointed!!!Services: Painting
