I lost my phone today and Esther completely helped turn my whole day around. She was so friendly and helpful when it came to picking the right phone for my needs. She was very knowledgeable about everything in stock and did great promoting the new service plans and upgrades , all without being too pushy like some retail stores do. Thanks again,Esther!

The employee who helped me 4/23/2024 around lunch was so helpful and knowledgeable! I wish I had asked her name. My phone had showed 5 bars but didn't have any data connectivity for several days. I was worried I had overused my plan, or maybe my phone was broken. She checked my plan and confirmed it was unlimited and not showing any errors. She helped do a networks reset on my phone through the settings and it fixed the problem! She was so nice and knowledgeable. Have had no other issues with Cricket service and my unlimited plan is a great price.

Absolutely the worst customer service and making up prices off the top of their head and then trying to justify the cost even though we were quoted a much lower price this place is totally shady
