Really appreciate the quickness and friendliness of the lady who helped me. No name tag, so I can't tell her name, but always loved this store in particular.

I’ve been coming to this CVS Pharmacy for years and have always had positive experiences, but unfortunately, today was an exception. I went in to report a serious issue a strong, unpleasant odor coming from the medicine I received.
The pharmacy technician I initially approached was unfriendly and dismissive. Instead of addressing my concern, she questioned whether I had even purchased the medicine from their pharmacy. This response was disheartening and made me feel like my concerns were not taken seriously.
On the other hand, the onduty pharmacist was a breath of fresh air. He listened attentively, showed genuine concern, and even offered a thoughtful solution. his professionalism and care stood out otherwise it could have been a disappointing visit.
As someone who has always valued this location, I hope the staff can be a bit more pleasant and welcoming moving forward. A little more empathy and kindness from everyone can go a long way in maintaining trust and loyalty.

I stopped by for a vaccination but was turned away because the pharmacy was busy. There were multiple posted signs that displayed "walk ins welcome" for vaccinations though...

Phone system will drive you insane making you loop forever to do basic things trying to push you to an app that CAN NOT DO ANYTHING

Pharmacy has the rudest employees I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Drive-thru, inside, it doesn't matter. Everyone behind the pharmacy consistently has a horrible attitude any time I go there.

Totally rude, I got there and the girl closed the window in my face stating that she was going to lunch. I came back in an hour and gave my prescription to her, the response was "we dont have that medication". Funny I told her because you called and said it was ready. I was told that they won't be getting it in the future either. This was Friday December 8th at 2:30pm. I went to walgreens right across the street and asked if they could help, the prescription was transferred there and they helped me out. I will be going to walgreens from now on.

Always avoid if you can.The lady at the photo booth is so rude. Went there for kids passport picture. It doesn't specify anywhere, but they don't do kids. Sounds weird
