I switched to CVS from the new Kroger pharmacy in Madison. It’s like a dream shopping and receiving my medications here. Customer service and pharmacist participation is the greatest. If you don’t get your medications and shop there, you should!

PLEASE KEEP GRANT!!! The people that worked there before him were not engaging at all and seemed mad all the time. Every time I pick up a prescription, Grant is just sssssoooo sweet! Honestly, we talk like we’ve known each other for years! Awesome personality!! I don’t know where he came from but he’s definitely a keeper!!!

I have been here at least a dozen times recently and the pharmacy have always been very nice! They are very quick and efficient, I have not had to wait more than 10 minutes for an RX that was just put in. While I am willing to wait for ones that are short notice I really appreciate them filling them quickly. Most of the time they are just ready by the time I drive over from the doctor’s office. I really like the pharmacy department!

So I’ve only visited this pharmacy 3 times but gosh .. each time it’s not a pleasant experience. Idk what’s wrong with people not wanting to do their jobs now a days but it’s ridiculous at this place. They give you attitude before even saying hello, matter of fact they don’t even say hello. It’s really pathetic. Andrew didn’t even try to look for the prescription that I’ve received serval phone calls and voicemails about. Just quick to tell me he don’t have it. Well Andrew it’s at your store per the doctor, the calls all day and the voicemails.Just rude & no willingness to do his job. Somehow we wonder why robots are about to take over, I’ll take a robot over poor customer service any day.If you don’t want to be there, GO HOME.

Karen is wonderful. Very knowledgeable of the store and sales. Her customer service goes above and beyond. I hope someone sees this and recognizes her for her outstanding work ethic.

You can no longer call and speak with the pharmacy staff - only option now is to leave a voicemail and get a call back later. Horrible customer service decision by their corporate office.

Similar to everyone else poor customer service from the skinny guy. The other staff is good though. Maybe he is hungry?
