Had to purchase a tire for my John Deere lawn mower when the old tire was not repairable. Customer service is excellent. The staff is well trained to greet the customer with a can-do attitude to get you what you need and send you on your way. Impressive!

I can’t say enough about the exceptional service I received from David at Discount Tire in Huntsville, AL. I was having trouble locating my tire warranty information when I needed a repair at another Discount Tire location. David not only took the time to track everything down for me, but he also made sure I had exactly what I needed to get the tire repaired—at no cost to me, thanks to the warranty.
What truly stood out was how David went above and beyond. He even told me to have the other store call him directly if they needed any additional verification. His professionalism, helpfulness, and genuine care turned a frustrating situation into a seamless experience.

This the most inept tire store in the area. I bought my daughter rims from here and they put wheel locks on and left us with no key. She got a flat and we couldn’t put a spare on we had to have it towed to discount tire. They gave us a key. My daughter’s car had a leak in a tire so we took it to get patched. I went to change the brakes and the workers didn’t put the key back in the glove box. It’s Sunday so they are closed, so now I have to rearrange my schedule to change her brakes because of their incompetence. They did manage to leave dirty work gloves on her seat though so kudos to them. Highly recommend using a place that won’t leave you stranded due to their incompetence. I will not be using them again and really wish I could refund my tire warranty I purchased to not have to deal with them again.

There is no need to go to any other tire place but discount tires. I had an appointment to repair a tire with a nail and I was out in 30 minutes.

We recently purchased a 2500 truck from Carvana to tow our RV, and while the tires looked fine visually (Goodyear Wrangler ATs), I noticed something was off. The max cold PSI listed on the sidewall was only 50 PSI, which seemed unusually low for a heavy-duty truck. Not being a tire expert myself, I brought it over to our local Discount Tire for a second opinion.
That’s when Sutton took one look and immediately flagged a serious safety issue — the tires on our 2500 were not properly rated for the truck's towing capacity. He explained that these were C-rated tires installed on a vehicle that legally requires E-rated tires. Not only is this a huge performance and safety concern, but it’s a DOT violation to run under-rated tires like this on public roads, especially when towing.
I contacted Carvana, and they quickly opened a claim through SilverRock. Fortunately, Louis at Discount Tire’s Madison store was familiar and gave us some guidance. At the end of the day — literally near closing time — Sutton stepped up the big game and helped us wrap up the claim, and the team stayed after hours to get the correct tires installed.
Massive kudos to Sutton for his professionalism, urgency, and attention to safety. And a big thank you to the entire crew at Discount Tire Madison for prioritizing our family’s safety and going above and beyond.

Went for a tire inspection today and they were incredible. In and out under 1 hour. FREE if your tire just needs to be patched. I tried to tip my guy but he declined. I am so thankful for them 🥰🥰🥰 definitely recommend 10++++ and this is the 72 location by Chuck Wagon BBQ

Here is my story last Thursday, June - 19
1. I ordered a set of rims via website, they sent me e-mail to comfirm order wasready. But when we arrived, they said must wait for about amonth because the rims were out of stock. Then, they recomended us to select another option, we agreed.
2. I ordered 4 tires & 4 rims, but when my wife drove the car home, I found that only rims were replaced, 4 tires were the old ones.
I am gonna come back to store to discuss about this issue but I am not sure how they will handle the situation.

I came back on June-24, a issue solved.
